Action

Probronhi (cough relief drops) is a combination of propolis and essential oils of medicinal herbs.

Probronhi has antimicrobic, antiinflammatory and local anaesthetic effect, due to bioflavonoids and sage essential oil. Essential oils of thymi, aniseed and fennel fruit have expectorant effect and ease coughing.

The  antibacterial  action  of  Probronhi  is  directed  towards  74 strains  of  19  different  pathogenic  and nonpathogenic bacterial species (20 strains of staphylococcus (including the strains resistant to methicillin, ampicillin, gentamicin, lincomycin, cloxacyllin), 10 strains of Streptococcus, Enterococcus, Proteus  and Myc. Tuberculosis. Probronhi neutralizes the viruses Herpes simplex and influenza as well as all pathogenic strains of Candida.
Probronhi stimulates the immune response of the organism and also has anti-oxidant  properties.

As a cleanser of the respiratory tract with mouth refreshing effect, it is successfully used by chronic smokers. Probronhi is also used for recovery after an antibiotic therapy for bronchit and similar respiratory diseases.

Probronhi does not disturb the natural flora and does not cause resistance in bacteria.

Probronhi decreases the toxicity of antibiotics and is therefore recommended as a supplementary natural remedy in the treatment of severe conditions of the lower respiratory tract.
